      Free movies and great coworkers

      No work/life balance - You will work your butt off, only to hear stories of her gossiping and making fun of you behind your back. She thrives on talking down to employees and always chooses one to belittle while choosing one to select as a favorite. I was bullied by the person who was supposed to be my supervisor and nothing came of that. Don't let the lure of free movies and high profile clients draw you into Fons PR. Brandy believes she owns you and your time once you are hired. She will text you 24/7, asked to be included in every email you send (which she doesn't read) and then will ask for you to text her the details of an email so she doesn't have go on email. Brandy Fons will hold a self creating grudge against you for life once you leave.

      Anonymous Employee - We we are sorry you had a bad experience with our company. We are a small staff with an open door policy and would have loved to have your feedback during your employment. Ryan Fons is in the office daily along with senior level publicist that are open to communication.       - These people know their stuff! Never have a learned more in such a short time. The ladies and gentleman at Fons PR are seriously some of the best industry. They can answer almost any question you may have - Super friendly work environment. A very welcoming family - Chance for vertical growth if you're willing to put the work in - Open Door Policy with Management - Brandy Fons champions women and is very female friendly.
