      - The core technology was impressive. - Some freedom for creativity (double edged sword) - The company had some agility that was exciting and kept people engaged

      Cons

      - Leadership was very poor: No consistency and lacked ethics - Sales were crooked & said anything to make a buck - The only goal was to make the company look good form the outside - The customer was never put first

      Pros

      Great raise structure, good benefits, very flexible for time off and family needs. The product the manufacture has great unrealized potential.

      Cons

      management is sending the company into the ground. constant feeling of poor choices being made at the top. exceptionally low morale. there is no organization and projects are virtually impossible to complete due to the scattered nature of admin.
