Pros
The people were amazing, truly a diverse staff body that were engaged and fun to work with.
Cons
The company was fundamentally flawed in their management style with staff being expected to work excessive overtime without any ability to make impact in company or product. The management team lacked the skills to make a working product and refused to accept ideas from staff who are industry experts. Any real work by employees to correct the path of the sinking ship would be shot down. Worst of all the companies burning of capital on big salaries to under skilled management team, causing big cashflow issues in 2022 with staff count being slashed in last ditch effort to save the company. Realistically the company has no future as the product is clunky and all of the people equipped with skills to fix it are no longer working there . As a customer, investor or potential staff I would stay far away from this bad cookie.
