Unfortunately, the organization's leadership has been a glaring weakness from the very beginning and has only deteriorated over time. This weakness in leadership has pushed the company to its knees, and it's heartbreaking to see how capable individuals have been leaving the organization, while those who should have left remain, further poisoning the atmosphere. A clear example of this was the mass exodus of product managers and team leads following a restructuring in early 2022. At that point, the only product manager left was not only incompetent but also toxically disruptive, creating a hostile work environment. Flowbox had immense potential, but the mismanagement has dashed any hope of recovery. The current culture and status of the company seem irreparable, and I strongly advise against considering employment here.
