Not a lot of cons great company great people

Great salary and benefits. Great travel opportunities, if that is what you like.

Very poor upper leadership. Out of touch with the operations team. Work culture can be hit or miss. Some teams are amazing, kind an supportive. Some teams are toxic, ruthless and throw you under the bus to look good to leadership. HR definitely has favorites, and won't act on clear red flags.
