Nice Job tools, such as laptops and workstations. Some people are genuinely kind and care about you - but, unfortunately, just a drop in the ocean.
Cons
No consideration for your wellbeing; very old fashioned leadership, based on fear and threats; no work life balance (such as when senior management said we would have to cancel Christmas and new year in 2019 due to their shinny new IT project, that started late and was poorly managed - then of course the employees are the ones who pay for it; or when they tell you results are to be delivered, no matter what and tell you, without joking, that you don’t really need 7 hours of sleep). Misalignment between business and support functions. Chaotic company. People just disappear from the map, and you learn later that they have been swiftly dismissed. Very poor communication. They treat you like a cost and a liability in an excel spreadsheet and then are very surprised when you decide to leave. This company cost me many months of my mental health.
