Pros

Having moved from a larger tech organisation, I’m genuinely impressed by the engineering culture here. The company punches well above its size when it comes to autonomy, fast execution and open communication. Engineering management is very strong: our Director of Engineering (and the wider tech leadership) doesn’t sit in an ivory tower. Founder accessibility is rare and refreshing: CEO (who founded the company) spends considerable time with engineering & product. Startup energy: While Flipdish is growing rapidly, there remains the “small company” vibe where ideas can turn into features quickly. "Build what you want week" happens ever quarter. Supportive culture : Peers are smart, down-to-earth and friendly.

Cons

As the company scales, some processes are still catching up. We’re investing heavily in infrastructure, platform and onboarding flow work which sometimes take precedence over shiny greenfield projects.
