Interview
Normal interview rounds. Decent experience, interviewers were bit under prepared before coming for interview. The process was quick and they give feedback which is great. However I felt like I was interviewing with robots not real human.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flipdish (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Two rounds. The initial conversation was with a recruiter, informal processes, and then through to hiring manager for more role specific questions in the second round, online interview. Nothing crazy
I applied online. I interviewed at Flipdish (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2026
Interview
I interviewed at Flipdish Ireland. The initial phase was a 15-minute interview which went well. Later I got rejected because of my recent experience, cos it did not align with what other candidates had.
My recent experience is working remotely, on a freelance basis at a company that is not in Ireland - factors that are normally considered as a taboo among some Irish companies. That said, the Irish team has limited foreign nationals, which likely played a factor since I am a foreigner, and not a native Irish.
