Pros

Middle management try to protect salespeople from the Oligarch in the corner office.

Cons

You have 3 to 6 months to bring in a significant deal. The incumbent sales reps get all the resources. 99% Cisco focused, all but a few have left Flexity for another startup. The attrition rate for sales people is 75%. Even if you overachieve on your quota they will still fire you if you are not totally aligned with senior executives.

There are a few good people left. I feel sorry for them.
