Interview
It was technical interview with 2 senior engineers from the Cisco Unified Communications implementation team. The interview went on for about 30 min in which they asked about 15 technical questions from your previous experience. They were looking for UC engineers with experience in owning and executing UC roll outs independently with minimal supervision. Asked questions about your previous job activities, field technical questions etc.

Interview
The hiring process took about two weeks which involved phone interview, technical face to face interview and final hr interview.
The Interview process was not that bad. They want to know how you do things and what measures and process you take to solve a specific problem.
