Pros

Fast paced, pretty simple. I was in a new store and they had us trained on one specific thing (like dressing buns, making fries, back of house prep, etc.), tips, lots of help from certain managers, free meal each shift. Training was done online and then in-store. Shift leads aren't held accountable for food costs so we could provide customers with the best quality of food.

Cons

Loud, and smelled bad. Peanuts are everywhere. The noise made for poor communication. No name tags (so there were a few coworkers whose names I didn't even know). Jeans and shoes were obviously ruined. Younger "gray shirts" thought they were better than red shirts. Secret shoppers caused contention in our store because we never got the bonus so obviously gray shirts blamed certain employees which kept us from improving. They expected closers to clean every grease spot and floor in just an hour without being allowed to start cleaning before we closed.

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
