We pride ourselves on having a strong focus on health and wellbeing and that includes creating a stress-free environment where you can develop and flourish, and also have support on hand whenever you might need. We're sorry to hear you had difficulties finding a workstation. Throughout the pandemic, we had measures in place to limit the number of people on site but there was always plenty of space available for those onsite. You should never have been in a position where there were no workstations available so we do hope you raised this with the team whilst you were with us. Our bonus and incentive schemes provide great opportunities to earn extra and it’s good to know you made good use of those. We do measure performance as part of these schemes so that we can make sure the rewards are fairly awarded. Thank you again for leaving a review – We wish you all the best for your future career.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
