We pride ourselves on having a strong focus on health and wellbeing and that includes creating a stress-free environment where you can develop and flourish, and also have support on hand whenever you might need. We're sorry to hear you had difficulties finding a workstation. Throughout the pandemic, we had measures in place to limit the number of people on site but there was always plenty of space available for those onsite. You should never have been in a position where there were no workstations available so we do hope you raised this with the team whilst you were with us. Our bonus and incentive schemes provide great opportunities to earn extra and it’s good to know you made good use of those.
