Pros

Salaried pay was decent, not good, just decent.

Cons

Awful work life balance. Promises made at hiring that were not kept. Management was a mess. No support from your manager when dealing with membership. Whatever the members wanted, happened, no matter the financial ramifications. This led to awful budgeting. Management will appease members to a fault, and then blame you for not standing up to them. Management is sneaky, doing things behind your back, They are not open and honest. They will spread rumors about you among staff and membership before and after you leave. Pay is garbage for hourly. They are not willing to pay for good talent, so you're left with a cesspool to choose from. Every time I had an idea to fix an issue, I was told to put it off until end of season, leaving members feeling ignored. Way to many membership committees, so many chiefs, not enough Indians. Managment is too secretive, sprinting changes of open hours, new menus, etc without warning. Absolutely no training. No one knew what they were doing. Tried multiple times to implement training, always was derailed by managment Zero accountability among staff or managment. Absolutely ZERO communication.

Great atmosphere, friendly coworkers. I like working this position, it pays well and the work is reasonable.

Cons

I can not think of any, i’m very optimistic so it is hard for me to find something wrong.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
