Cash America has modeled itself and grown to its current level based upon its CORE values. This has allowed them to build a first rate team and grow the business to a level that is top in its field. Great benefits and work environment are just a couple of the pluses with the company.
Cons
With the CEO retiring this year, there seems to be a bit of an identity crisis going on. These are growing pains and will certainly be resolved but for now it has created some uncertainty within the workforce. Pawnbrokers have been at the heart of your success and it seems that dynamic is becoming less important.
