Pros
At one point in time the company actually reflected it's core values and managed by them: *We are family *We strive for excellence *We bring honor to our team *We have fun *We act with a servant's heart This created a great culture that supported collaboration and cross-functional team work....some of which still exist today.
Cons
The company has been sold through a "Merger of Equals" and much of the culture has been lost along with most if not all of the senior tenured employees. Benefits have gotten progressively worse and teams are quite disconnected and not on the same page.
