Poor work environment - Anonymous employee Firefly Systems Employee Review

Many of these reviews look fake...most employees are unhappy and looking to leave. Lack of experience on the executive leadership team. Many people operate under a constant state of panic, which causes poor decisions that are often reversed. Some managers actually yell at employees. There were recent layoffs that were handled poorly by management and the people team. The leadership team has created a blame culture so people don't want to take responsibility for errors. No ad ops at an ad company. The list goes on...stay away from this poorly managed company unless they replace those in charge.
