Hi, Thanks for your review. We always appreciate people giving feedback. Your review mentions 3 points, and we're answering the same in line below: 1. Learnings depend on your capabilities, we have people who have grown up from being interns here to city managers within 3 months. So unless you were in the admin team, I dont know which monotonous work was given to you? Its impossible for us to respond to an anonymous review without any context and broad brush feedback. 2. We again appreciate people who are 'grown ups' themselves and think twice before calling somebody 'cheap'. Kudos to your language - its highly sophisticated. And Yes, we do have been receiving fake reviews lately but largely on the negative side because a bunch of coward folks and competitors who have been writing without mentioning their identity / position trying to sabotage the company image. We really want to take feedback so request you to please prove your identity, otherwise we will have no other option but to consider this review as fake too. 3. Yes, we do work hard. We are an early stage startup trying to bring meaningful impactful for masses in India. If you really joined Finomena thinking it will be 9 to 5 job, we will advise you to please take up a Govt Job as it might fit your work schedule better. Also, for appreciation - people who do great work not only get public appreciation but also appraisals every 3-6 months. So don't know what your rating was while you were here? Also since you have written that you a former employee - we have 0 attrition rate for average / high performers. I don't know if you were put on a performance improvement plan and could not improve and then were let go or anything else? We would be in a much better state to respond to your review, if you could please provide your identity or context in which you have written all the three points. Thanks :)
