      I bet you can't find a worse company than this

      Pros

      - Not a single thing is good in this company

      Cons

      - Work environment is so bad that employees leave this place without having a new job in hand - You will not get any appreciation even if you work for 15-16 hrs a day and get the things done. In fact it doesn't matter to the management. You will be shouted at in front of whole staff. Why ?? (Because they enjoy it, no other reason) - Not seen a single person in the company who wants to stay for more than one month - Fraud policies for leave, you'll have to work on Sundays too - Don't even think about work life balance

We take constructive feedback seriously :) Please refer to the reply made to your professional review on 10th July, because its the same person writing all the same points again and again on a monthly basis to sabotage our image. However, we prove our value to the world by the quality of products we build and the value we add in our customers lives :)

      Pathetic company

      I tried very hard to find a Pro, But couldn't find any.

      Cons

      - You will survive in this company only if you have the ability to withstand shouting from your managers in front of everyone for 24X7 (Yeah, not even 24X6) - You will survive in this company only if you can act subserviently, like literally. You will eat, code, sleep, everything according to order given by the managers - Ofcourse you want to join this company because you want to work in startup environment. No, its not there, there is too much of micro-management (I would rather call it nano-management, they have redefined it) - Yes, there is always work pressure in a startup, and no one has any issue with that. But the way you are treated kills that motivation. - Please don't join this pathetic company

      Hi, Thanks a lot for your review and feedback. We take constructive feedback very seriously but only if it comes from our employees (And not competitors) :) To correct your facts : 1. There are NO managers in Finomena. We all work directly with the co-founders. We can clarify more details if you can give the context of you 'manager'. 2. We are a company that proud on the fact that there are no titles and everybody has say in the company and voice to be heard. You will not see anybody with "Senior" title in their designations because of the same. 3. Finomenals earn their right to passage with their super awesome work. We're trying to create a platform without any hierarchies and we don't believe in people coming with the baggage from their previous companies. And we only have 2 cofounders and a team of 35 people. So I don't know how 2 people can 'nano-manage' 35 people in a span of 15 hours everyday. (Sorry we are math geeks too and illogical inconsistencies are our enemies :) We only had one engineer leave the team till now who was let go because of under performance, but we are more than happy to clarify more if you can real context before calling the company -'pathetic' and arousing sentiments using broad data-less views (Glassdoor is not TOI :), its more of The Hindu)

      Its just yet another company in the booming sector

      Cons

      The title says it all! - The use of filthy language by one of the co-founders is the worst thing that any company can have. No respect for employees and language used by bosses is awesome! No respect for work-life balance. No matter how good you do, you will be pissed off !

On a serious note, we take this very seriously and would love to know more details so we can take some constructive action on the same.
