      Pros

      good high school/collage job. Will work with school schedules. Depending on store manager, they will work well with school schedule if your an assistant manager. I had one store manager that worked well with it and another who didn't.

      Cons

      Pay isn't that great. Even a store manager isn't paid that well. District managers are paid well but travel a lot.
