I'm disappointed to hear your feedback but really appreciate you being candid and taking the time to share your thoughts. Technology is at the core of our business and our Tech/Product leadership will continue to reflect that, including at the Executive team level. I agree with you that there are setbacks, unexpected and expected, in any tech stack migration. Moving from a large monolith to a micro service architecture is challenging. As is learning new languages like Elixir, React and NodeJS. But at Findmypast, new skills and improvement are part of the culture we’re building.
