Pros

My memories are the only good thing I have. Company utilized lean, classroom training and turned things around. I stuck it out for as long as I could.

Cons

Everything. New owner, Chicago team, Tim, and the new HR is the absolute Worst. They are awful. They hate employees and only fool around all day. Dismantled the best company.

We are disappointed that you didn’t have a positive experience, and truly hope you discussed your concerns with your manager so that we could address them. One thing we know for sure is that, contrary to your claim, the leadership of this company values our employees above all else and trust is essential part of our culture. The only way we can succeed is with a strong team, in which honesty and transparency is paramount across the company--where every employee feels seen and knows that their contributions are valued. This viewpoint is shared by every leader in the company, without exception; we will continue to work hard to make sure that employees know they are supported and appreciated by their managers. We wish you luck in the next step in your career.

Pros

Pay is not bad and some people are nice.

Cons

The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
