The 401k match and profit sharing are about as good as it gets

I have never seen a company kill their employees' moral quite like Fidelity. For a company that brags about listening to and valuing their employees, they sure have quite the way to show that by ignoring any feedback and micromanaging like you would not believe. I cannot stress enough that Fidelity will milk you as an employee and then throw you in the trash once they have squeezed every drop of self esteem you have left.
