Pros

The pay is okay and some of the managers are cool

Cons

They rush you to take and pass the hardest exams in the business world in 6 months. Towards the end they stress you won’t be let go if you don’t pass. They deff show favoritism because a girl and I passed the SIE and didn’t pass the series 7 but we were let go that day over the phone on the spot! There were other people who didn’t even pass the SIE the first time but still kept their jobs! How does that make sense? It makes no sense to hire people, invest this time and then simply let them go when it’s a call center job..I legit was doing the job while in training. No suprise so many people quit even after passing all the exams. They hype themselves when it’s just a call center. DONT kid yourself. Also I understand it’s a financial firm but they are very intrusive in your life.

Pros

Benefits including profit sharing and bonuses are great. The breadth of this company provides a great opportunity to try out different career paths or boost your current one.

Cons

In my current role, I am working overtime more often than I'd like with recognition that seems to only go so far until it sizzles out. That may be tied to the size of the company itself, where promotions work in a "trickle down" manner.
