Pros
The employees outside of management are great. The cafeteria is awesome and the building is beautiful. There is a reason for this.
Cons
The beauty covers the horrific harassment that is taking place in this company. There is a male manager that goes after women as his prey and tries to force them out of the company. The higher ups know about this and continually cover it up. I hope the owner reads this and goes to the Morrisville NC site to take a deeper look at all male managers. There are women managers that like to bully. This needs addressing as well. I would never recommend this company to anyone. As you see the beauty of the building it quickly deteriorates into a horrible reality that no woman should have to endure.
