      Good money, smart people, the product is ... well, it works okay. Lots of freedom to make your own creative choices

      Cons

      Senior senior senior management (you know the guy) sabotages his own company, his own employees' ideas. The narrow funnel of getting your ideas past an impetuous CEO who needs hands on everything is exhausting at this point. Product folks loved to cite Elon Musk and Sam Altman as paragons of virtue and geniuses to emulate. Oops.

      - Decent health benefits - Flexible / "unlimited" paid time off - Super dog-friendly

      Cons

      - People come and go at what feels like an intense rate - No documented systems or processes for any function of the job, in any department, beyond a generic employee handbook - Every project demands overnight success - Company goals are often created based on vibes vs. market research
