Hard work in fast growing environment - Project Manager Fever Employee Review

It is growing at a very fast pace, meaning that there are a lot of changes and innovation points to adapt to, which puts a lot of pressure on the employees. Having a lot of responsibility is great but it comes with a very heavy stress load. In general I want to say that the workload is much too high, and the sometimes disorganised structure is not helping with this.
