      1. Profit driven company, people are layed off very often 2. Don't expect much hike or promotion 3. No appreciation of your work 4. There is no work life balance

      Pros

      Remote working is good 401K and health insurance

      Cons

      Hot mess of company particularly in delivery of projects. The CCO is the worst I have ever seen. No strategy and all over the place. Developers are based in Ireland and are very difficult to deal with. No career opportunities and lots of layoffs
