      Pros

      Fenergo is definitely driving a lot of changes, as an external working with the business, I am seeing a company that is evolving and changing to meet their client/market and employee needs - it is great to see their approach to change and transformation; practical; agile and leading vs. following the market. There are great opportunities for employees to grow and develop their skills, experiences and careers at Fenergo because of the size of the company and its potential and reach across industry sectors - you get to experience the full journey vs. a small segment in the large organisations.

      Cons

      Maybe not a "Cons" but I am seeing there is potential to move talent across different functional areas, allowing employees to gain a broader range of experiences and skills - I would say they have not tapped into this enough and with hybrid working it requires a deliberate focus.

      Pros

      Remote working is good 401K and health insurance

      Cons

      Hot mess of company particularly in delivery of projects. The CCO is the worst I have ever seen. No strategy and all over the place. Developers are based in Ireland and are very difficult to deal with. No career opportunities and lots of layoffs
