Pros

I’ve been with this company for a while now, and it’s been such a great experience. The culture is awesome—everyone’s supportive, friendly, and easy to work with. Leadership is approachable and transparent, which makes a huge difference. The work-life balance is amazing. They really get the importance of personal time, and flexible schedules or remote work are always options. I never feel like work is taking over my life.

Cons

Occasionally, the workload can be a bit heavy, especially during peak times. However, the company’s supportive culture and flexible work options make it easier to manage, and everyone is always willing to lend a hand when needed.

Not a lot of room for growth Inconsistent projects Lack of leadership presence on projects Confusion on what roles are and what they entail Lack of transparency from leadership Constant change in pay expectations; adjusting to pay employees lower, as well as unclear expectations on bonuses Some projects are great, others are a nightmare
