Pros

Good authentic people, CEO is genuine and cares about his people. Good benefits.

Cons

Growing pains. A lot of "turbulence" with changes as the company is growing and scaling. But it happens when you are no longer a big fish in a little pond and now competing with the huge GovCon guys with unlimited resources.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for being part of the team at Fearless. We’re thrilled to hear that you feel connected to our people, leadership, and benefits—especially that our CEO’s care and authenticity shine through. Our people are truly the heart of our culture, and it's wonderful to know that you feel supported. We understand the challenges that come with growth and appreciate your perspective on the “turbulence” as we scale. Competing with larger GovCon organizations while maintaining our culture and agility can indeed bring growing pains. However, we see this as an opportunity to refine our processes and strengthen our foundation for long-term success. Your insights are invaluable as we work to navigate these changes and keep our focus on creating an environment where everyone can thrive. Thank you for your honesty and for helping us improve as we grow. If you have additional feedback or ideas, we’d love to hear from you. Together, we’re working to make Fearless an even better place to be.
