      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Fearless. They truly care about the impact they make through their work which is something I appreciate. It's also been a good place for career growth. I feel like people here want me to succeed and have pushed me to grow. I've always been supported in my role and feel comfortable reaching out when I am facing challenges.

      Cons

      As the company grows larger things are changing and evolving. This is usually scary at first because it makes people question if the changes pose a threat to the company culture that has Fearless has worked so hard to build. However, the company has done a good job in preserving the culture and taking care of their people as they grow.

      Not a lot of room for growth Inconsistent projects Lack of leadership presence on projects Confusion on what roles are and what they entail Lack of transparency from leadership Constant change in pay expectations; adjusting to pay employees lower, as well as unclear expectations on bonuses Some projects are great, others are a nightmare
