      If you’re looking for a place where all the work of establishing a large company is done, it might not be for you. There are growing pains as we scale, but I do think they’re being handled with care and intention to best serve our people and customers.

      Not a lot of room for growth Inconsistent projects Lack of leadership presence on projects Confusion on what roles are and what they entail Lack of transparency from leadership Constant change in pay expectations; adjusting to pay employees lower, as well as unclear expectations on bonuses Some projects are great, others are a nightmare
