Pros

Fearless is a government contractor, so there are always contracts occurring with the potential for lots of opportunities Good work life balance Competitive pay CEO is very involved and available

Cons

The main issue I have with the company is that they do not try to place or prioritize employees when a contract ends. The company tells that they have an alumni network and will give first priority to previous employees on the list that have been laid off due to contracts ending however, this does not happen. I interviewed with, and applied for other jobs within the company that are directly in align with my experience, however, always received an excuse that I was not selected for even further discussions. Then the recruiter just stopped responding to my emails for request requests for information about specific jobs. Dissatisfied with the companies claims that they try to be a people first company because apparently it is not. It’s a big risk to go to work for this company because if the company’s contract with an agency doesn’t get renewed or ends then you’re out of luck and can’t rely on them to help whatsoever, and a 2 week severance was just a slap in the face to workers.
