Pros
A lots of really nice people are working there, hadworker and professional.
Cons
The list is too long. No training, you have to guess how the store works. The paycheck is ridiculous. The tips are crumbs. The dishwasher doesn't have sanitizer but the manager doesnt' car. The kitchen is disgusting but who cares. Pastries are still sell even after 5days. Use really cheap ingredients for cake sold 7 dollars. Same thing for sandwich but you pay 10 dollars. Viennoisseries good enough, even though sometimes there are so small but still sell the same price. If you tell them you're going to leave in 2 weeks, they cut your shift overnight, you're fired. But they can call you back if they need, in case you're desperate. The last paychek, you can wait for it at least 2 weeks and it is full of mistakes. Overtime, forget about it, you work for free after 40 hours. Vacation, who need vacation for them.
