Fastfox has a dynamic environment that demands a lot from its employees; this might not suit for everyone. The organization is growing, and it expects the employees to grow at the same pace. There are moments when employees are challenged with projects outside their comfort zone - not a con for me personally, but if you seek a stable job in your comfort zone where you can coast through, Fastfox is not for you.
