Great Job - Area Manager Fast Payday Loans Employee Review

I have worked for the company for ten plus years and honestly our area manager is the best!!! He's fair, he leads by example, let's you do your job, offers great advise...he's a superb leader!!! During this covid 19 situation I mean this company has continued to pay us 40 hours even though we only worked for 24 hours!

Open on 4th of July...my favorite holiday

Easy work. Laid back enviroment. Company pays for short/long term disability. One week paid sick leave after 90 Days and two personal Days leave after 90 days

Low pay. No room For Advancement. Crappy hours and must work on some holidays. No security system! There’s one camera that watches u all day that managers log into and watch you. But no buzzer behind counter, no security, no glass window, nothing! Scary with so much money on site. They will hire just about anyone regardless of their record. Customer base is of lower class. No credit checks so lots of bad pay and high collections. Always work weekends. Saturday is mandatory and work till 6pm of weekdays. Never have a weekend off.
