      Very demanding, you have to have a lot of patience. But the process is simple, just a lot of customers and paper work.

      Pros

      Simple loan process. Decent pay. Management is pretty easy to get along with, can be demanding though.

      Cons

      Long hours and few days off. Can be unsafe being that sometimes you will be working alone in the branch. But you get use to it. Demanding as far as hours and management. No room for career advancement. After branch manager there is an area manager which is already filled and hasn't been replaced in 13 years. High turn over rate.
