Cons
- Employees are not treated as professionals, and while basic training is provided, colleagues do not share knowledge freely. - un-professional management systems re dealing with employees issues - management berates staff in regards to the smallest and pettiest of things - Changes are made by senior management almost on a monthly basis of the most irrelevant issues. - There's definitely a clique vibe with some of the women. Expect to be left to your own devices if you are not part of the sophomoric clique. - Minimum hourly rate - No room for growth - No further training provided unless there's a new protocol introduced to the menu - - un-professional colored uniforms. Does not set the tone for a spa like facial salon. We look like we work in a fro-yo store or a cafe. - No end of year Christmas bonus/present - No break room or microwave as per the original owners
