Pros

The managers treat the workers with respect. Hours are flexible, work from home is the norm, and vacation and schedule conflicts are respected. These things are not typical of every doc review company. They also pay the best in the industry in my experience, by anywhere from 10-20% higher.

Cons

As with any doc review work, it is freelance and project specific, so there can be weeks and months between projects. It is only doc review, so you're not full time and you don't necessarily have a lot of upward mobility.
