Not very organized, HR went silent after multiple rounds of interviews. I did one initial screening, then an online assessment, then an interview with a peer then a case study. After all these rounds, HR went silent for weeks until I got an automated workday message saying I was not selected.

First round is hireview, then a second round with a associate on the team (mix of behavioral and simple technical questions. Final super day was 3 rounds back to back with Senior Directors, all very behavioral in my experience.
