Pros
The culture, teamwork and people in general. I've enjoyed meeting and working with some of the nicest and most collaborative people I've encountered in my career. Transparency from the leadership team is greatly appreciated. When you work in a small organization, it is really nice to have sight lines into what's taking place and what the goals are for the organization. It allows everyone to work towards the same goal, resulting in a really positive work environment and leads to many more successes.
Cons
At this point, I don't think there's anything worth calling out. There are always opportunities for improvement/growth, but the leadership team is aware and definitely transparent to the larger teams on how they're working to achieve goals that have been set based on employee feedback.
