Pros

Initially it was great company, I anticipated being with them for a while. The work could get intense at times but the atmosphere was very family like and enjoyable, at least early on during my time there.

Cons

After the CEO hired what they thought was a "big wig" from a pharmaceutical company, everything went downhill from there, the culture of the company changed dramatically, and the wrong people were in team leadership roles. People who were all talk and bluster (had a big mouth and liked to boast) and who had no business being in charge of others were calling the shots, treating employees badly and disrespectfully. One could see money flying out the door as poor decision making went on and on. The poor treatment of so many employees became so bad I could no longer tolerate it, every few weeks somebody else was getting fired for no good reason. Employees had to rate one another on a regular basis for performance reviews and they did so mercilessly in an environment when jobs were being cut. Too many good employees got hurt, it was a brutal place in the end. It is the type of work one may want to take on being straight out of school for a short while to get some experience, and then leave, because experience didn't count much when it came to salary.

Over that last 3 years there have been many changes at FORCE Communications, including major changes in leadership positions. We value the input and knowledge of our employees and have made great strides to improve all areas including recruitment, training and development, systems, and culture. Additional programs have been established to ensure transparent communication, employee appreciation, annual performance reviews, and continuous improvement through processes and procedures. Pros

FORCE has made big changes to the leadership and environment that are finally yielding positive results. After a difficult period the business and overall company environment are now gaining positive momentum. I believe this is due to Sr. Leadership changes and a more proactive approach to employees, compensation and clients. Ownership has always cared and has recently made wholesale changes that are healthy.

Cons

The work can be intense and requires a big commitment. Work family balance can be challenge yet manageable if you are direct and honest with management. Historical favoritism existed yet seems to be improving

Pros

good coworkers, great teamwork, challenging and exciting work

Cons

Upper management could see nothing but the dollar and ran all of the best employees off. Owner did several things that could be considered sexual harassment, but nothing was done about it since he was the owner. Room for growth was minimal. Raises were minimal if they happened at all.
