Bonuses and Stock Options for Management while Layoffs/Double Work at same pay for Employees (you tell me!) - Business Analyst FIS Employee Review

No raises. Little Pay. Over worked. No support. Company rather spend millions in development of applications only to be abandoned instead of investing in their employees. That pushes quality people out the door leaving only the extremely loyal and less qualified to steer the ship around .....however....the ship continues to sink and management only cares about the bottom line to shareholders. Employees don't matter anymore.
