Pros

The Salary and some flexibility with scheduling.

Cons

Poor management. There are employees who have been in the department on average 5 years, and upwards of 10 years. The management continues to do the same thing, but expects different results. The favoritism of these "senior" reps (age, amount of time with the company) is unbelievable. If you're a conformist with no desire for anything more, even that's not enough. This department has fired it's last new hires for one silly reason or another. The management welcomes your ideas only if they give them to you first. Exactly. Who can work like this? You will arrive each day feeling as if this is the worst job you have ever had. No need to try and think outside of the box. You are hired to think, act, and do what the incompetent leadership wants. And that aint good. BEWARE.

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
