Pros
There are some perks like discounts on flight and car rentals. It's a good work environment the job is good.
Cons
The pay is horrible, and you don't get raises, they have bonuses that you can get from performance. I don't like the shift bid process, I don't think you should bid for someone shift, I feel shift bids should be for available shifts. I also feel if you have a schedule where you would need to take off that you should have the option to use a vacation day or not to be paid.
