Good work culture, They have very good medical plan, There is no bench concept here everyone will be engaged to some work, Free food, Cab facility also there, Variable pay you will get for sure every quarter
Cons
Based on the client you may need to stretch your working hours, Jira and scrum process not implemented completely, Hike percentage will be less, what every your getting when you join will continue for two, three years
