Nothing apart from cafeteria with subsidies meal..

No Process Unrealistic Expectations to supress employees Work jaudged by how long you stay office Forget about leave they expect you to work while you are hospitalized or getting married. To many URLs to handle to report all kind of daily activities at office. Believe me you will drive nut through it. Be prepared to get mental. Worse case of micro management I have ever seen in my career. 75 days notice period even in probation. They think they have bought your life with what ever peanut they are providing. One last thing most of the reviews here are fake and paid reviews.

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
