Pros
Flexible work schedule, great team to work with always supportive and there when i needed them for their assistance. Management team was easy to work with.
Cons
Heavy Workload and expectations were usually unattainable for the average project. Pay increases were minimal and no bonus structure. Continued confusion with all of the acquistions that continue to take place.
