Good exposure to Financial Technology sector - Programme Analyst FIS Employee Review

-company policy does not allow entry level/junior programmers to start as full time employee they start as contractors and then get converted to full time after 6 to 9 months. During this contract period you will be asked to do diffrent tasks many of them are not programming /coding related like reviewing client implementation documents and bank specs (some days no coding at all ) for me his is one of the biggest cons as i was looking forward to grow my coding and programming knowledge. --
