      Pros

      To be honest there are no pro's this is most unethical company

      Cons

      1. Very Low pay, the company will say 4LPA but you will get 14,000 per month 2. You will get 6 - 7K extra but thats travelling and accomodation re-imbursements when you visit colleges to train 3. They will take your official class 10/12/college documents so you can not leave the company I wanted to go for higher studies which we couldn't go because they had my documents

      Pros

      1) Learning in different areas 2) You will get a chance to develop multiple skills

      Cons

      1) Managerial issues 2) Politics 3) Have to be available 24/7 for work 4) Below average pay 5) No work life balance 6) The worst top & mid management and the highlight is managers only show case, they will not sit with the employees for problems 7) I would say this is one of the worst organisations.
